THINGS TO NOTE:

This is an in-home service. I would love to be as hands-on with your experience as you wish me to be, but if you need someone who does their job and gets out - I am more than happy to do that too! This is your experience, and I am here to care for you in the way that best serves you.

All food is organic, grass-fed, and pasture raised. Grains and legumes are properly prepared for optimal digestion and nutrient absorption.

I will always accommodate for food allergies as well as most preferences (gluten-free, dairy-free), however, if you are vegan or vegetarian, I will not be the best fit for your needs. I don’t have experience with those diets as I believe animal protein to be superior in terms of recovery and nourishment.

I exclusively store food in non-toxic containers (glass, stainless steel, or organic/biodegradable food containers). This is done for ideal food preservation, lower rates of toxins leeching into the food, and the ability to reheat in the oven without transferring to a different dish or surface.
